Colorado House Bill 14-1288 was signed into law May 21, 2014.One of the key components of the new law, which took effect July 1, 2014, directs the State Board of Health (BOH) to create rules about how often a parent or student must submit a non-medical (personal belief or religious) exemption certificate from required immunizations.
