Order the 2009 Colorado Immunization Manual (CIM)
The 2009 update to the Colorado Immunization Manual: State guidelines for immunization screening, administration, documentation, reporting and resources to aid in your clinical practice is now available. Due to budgetary constraints and the "greening of Colorado" the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is encouraging CIM users to access a free electronic copy of the manual through the CDPHE website:

We also understand that it is not always convenient for providers to use an electronic copy. If you would like to purchase a hard copy of the CIM for $15, please complete the following form.
