Spring Into Action
Measles, a disease declared eliminated from the U.S. in 2000, is making a comeback. With 178 cases in 17 states, the outbreak that originated at Disneyland in California has many parents, health care providers and concerned advocates asking What can I do?
We’re excited to present to you an opportunity to increase both immunization access and awareness in Colorado. Donate to the Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition today through March 31 and each dollar donated will be used for two purposes:
- Half of your donation will fund CCIC programs, including community outreach and awareness, provider education, public policy and coalition building
- Half of your donation will be used to purchase vaccines and provide life-saving immunizations to undeserved children in Colorado
It’s time to take action. As media coverage grows and vaccination supporters -- once the silent majority -- begin to speak up, we will leverage the strength of our partnerships to bring immunization to the forefront and demand that all children get the healthy start they deserve.
