I want my daughter to be happy. I want her to have fun. But her health comes first. Doing everything I can to ensure her good health (vaccinations, good food, exercise and lots of handwashing) brings me peace of mind. I know she's protected and ready to explore her world. I'm so grateful to live in a country where vaccinations are available. Last week my daughter got her second H1N1 shot. She didn't understand why I was so happy about it, but she didn't have to. She gets to be a kid, a healthy kid. And I get to sit back and breathe a huge sigh of relief.
