Did you know that the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS) safely holds a child’s shot information and makes it easy for healthcare providers to keep track of their immunization records?

In addition to helping parents and their child’s healthcare provider understand which vaccines a child has received and which vaccines he or she will need, CIIS stores vaccine records in case of a family move, disease outbreak or natural disaster. All information entered into CIIS is secure and confidential. Parents also have the right to opt-out of CIIS.
