Louisa Wren

Louisa manages the Health Neighborhood and Community Programs for Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Regional Accountable Entity for Colorado Medicaid in Region 1. She is dedicated to developing relationships with community stakeholders throughout the region to support successful systems of care for physical, behavioral and social needs for Medicaid members. Most recently, Louisa served as the contract manager for Rocky’s Medicaid health plan contract and led a state-funded Cross Systems Response Pilot.

Louisa has 29 years of professional experience within the managed healthcare industry working for Rocky Mountain Health Plans managing their physician and hospital contracting for the Front Range for eight years and managed contracts for the City of Denver, The Hospice Alliance of Colorado, Physician Health Partners and Anthem.

Louisa currently serves on the Colorado Brain Injury Advisory Council, the National START Council, the Colorado Managed Care Coalition and is a member of the CCIC Policy Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
