Coalition Membership

To accomplish our mission, we must rely on a solid membership as the foundation of the Coalition. While we continuously explore new ways to enhance and expand our services, CCIC members currently receive the following benefits:

  • Attendance at coalition and provider education meetings (including meals and/or CE credit when offered); Remote access via webinar
  • Coalition voice through annual membership survey, stakeholder processes, and committees
  • Ability to attend annual meeting to nominate and elect CCIC board members
  • Subscription to monthly Shot-by-Shot newsletter, blog, and other email and policy updates
  • Access to CCIC resources (i.e. Immunize for Good parent materials, palm cards)
  • Opportunity to serve on CCIC committees
  • Networking opportunities (member discounts when applicable)
  • Opportunity to list approved immunization-related events on CCIC’s website, social media networks and newsletter

Please sign the annual CCIC Membership Commitment Form today. Deadline to submit this form to be eligible to attend and elect CCIC board members at the Annual Meeting is October 15!

This annual membership commitment states that each of our members is committed to serving as an active member of the Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition by:

  • committing to CCIC's mission to strategically mobilize diverse partners and families to advance children's health through immunizations.
  • engaging in CCIC activities relevant to their profession and/or interests such as attending coalition meetings, education sessions, participating in advocacy efforts, and volunteering when possible.
  • committing to promoting CCIC as a trusted, local source of accurate information in the community and acting as an ambassador for CCIC whenever possible.

While individual coalition membership is free, financial support of CCIC partners and members is critical to achieving our mission and to continue to offer and expand programs, resources, advocacy and educational efforts. Please consider making a donation through the online membership form or by clicking the secure donate button at the top right of this webpage.
