CCIC Coalition Meeting: What's the CCIC Crew Been Up To?
At our June coalition meeting, attendees learned how the Colorado Children’s Immunization Coalition (CCIC) is currently working to keep Colorado communities healthy through immunization! During this meeting, staff showcased CCIC’s ongoing programming and current initiatives through abbreviated versions of presentations given in recent months, including those given at the 2018 National Immunization Conference (NIC). Staff presented on the work being done to address barriers to refugee immunization, the success of the Immunization Data Advisory Council (IDAC) to make immunization data digestible for community stakeholders, an update on how CCIC partnered with Colorado Parents for Vaccinated Communities to engage state legislators this session, and more.
