CCIC is pleased to announce funding from the Telligen Community Initiative to support outreach and education efforts that address the growing threat of Colorado’s Hepatitis A outbreak. This one-year grant will foster collaborative partnerships across Colorado that provide free immunization services and linkages to healthcare including screening, testing, and treatment for those most at risk.
