Regional Immunization Summit
Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Colorado Immunization Summit. Due to an overwhelming response and interest in this year’s event, we have relocated to the Olympic Training Center. Even after moving to a larger venue we still have limited capacity. Registration is now open on a first-come, first-serve basis. Regular pricing of $150 will be available through May 1, 2017.
We will be hosting a Thursday evening pre-conference event for registrants at The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel featuring a screening of Hilleman: A Perilous Quest to Save the World’s Children at 5 p.m. followed by a welcome reception. RSVP for the reception is included in the registration link.

This one-day conference provides an opportunity for those involved in immunization delivery, education and advocacy to learn from world-renowned experts about current issues and implementing strategies to promote vaccination and enhance immunization delivery in Colorado.

Overnight rooms are the responsibility of the conference participant. A block of single and double occupancy rooms has been reserved for the nights of May 18 and May 19 at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado, 105 N. Spruce Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80905. Reservations must be made by May 4, 2017 to receive the discounted conference rate of $109.00 per night plus state and local tax. Reservations made after this date are not guaranteed to be available at the discounted price. Your stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites will include a complimentary breakfast and optional shuttle to/from the Memorial Administrative Complex where the conference will be held.

If making a reservation online, go to www.hiexpress.com/cos-central, enter your arrival and departure dates, and click “Check Availability”. In the “Refine Your Results” box click on “Group Code” and enter CCO.
Please note that you will be required to guarantee payment with a major credit card upon check-in. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid a one night’s penalty charge.
Refunds will only be given for registration fees and do not include any travel, lodging, or other fees associated with the Immunization Summit. To qualify for a refund, cancellation must occur on or before 4/15/2017. No refunds will be provided after that date. Refunds and/or substitutions can be requested by emailing CCICOffice@childrenscolorado.org.
